Jay in the parisian subway for Eurostar ads?
Hi!
This morning I was looking at the differents ads in the parisian subway when I saw some about the "Eurostar". There were two big pics about it: on one pic I recognized Boy George ( I think it's him  ), and on the other Mister Jay Kay with his wide smile, a black-feathered hat and sunglasses, stripped to the waist .  Quite surprising and funny

Yep, I took some pictures but forgot to mention it here...

This ad began to appear on Monday but is now virtually everywhere in the underground stations. This morning I also saw this same ad in the street next to my place and I've heard that cabs would also have the ad on them !
The campaign features JK, Boy George and John Lennon (though I'm not quite sure he uses the Eurostar much!) and has three different formats : large advertising boards (3 x 4 meters), smaller ones (approx 1,5 x 2) and "bus-stop" size (approx 1,5 x 1 meter).

well for as i know +/- about that stuffs..u can get one free when the guys that puted it there take them out! u got to talk to that mans!
Well the poster are great...and very big too , heheh
Do u see why the album is gonna to be realeased only on march? (partys, publicity..bla bla bla bla )

Hmm, cool poster pictures Trolll, much appreciated Trolll  ! But the question that came up in my head is, what the heck is on JK's head? He looks like water fowl that just survived a oil spill. That is his most daring new hat...but what is it?!???..
Dark leaves from a bush?
Duck feathers?
Or Little Richard's old hair?!?
Hehe, I was just joking about the last one there. I wonder, is that a early prototype of the 6th album hat OR just a special hat he has his maids where at the mansion?? Thanks for listening and Peace!

Actually, Jay has already worn a similar hat in pink (during synk era, if I remember correctly). I remember seeing such a picture, but didn't manage to find it back (Diego will find it for sure).
Anyway, it looks pretty much as the TWM hat (less tall though), but covered with feathers (or some other fluffy stuff, as you can see the picture is really dark).
BTW, the picture is by Sante d'Orazio... He already worked previously with Jay (see Official site's "J-gallery"). |

Yep, that's pretty much the same thing... just that the "Eurostar" one is much more "fluffy". It does look like feathers or something, but well, that's close to the ones you show... |
