I kick 'em in the nuts and they play
I was just listenin to TWM from Radio One (1999) (can't remember the full name) and at the end the woman says "making good music is like having good sex" and JK replies: "Yeah, I kick 'em in the nuts and they play".
That got me thinking: what do you reckon are the best/funniest things JK has said in interviews, gigs etc

I really like the interview with Jay on " What not to wear " !
The whole interview is very funny.
Especially the following dialogue makes me laugh :
The pregnant interviewer ( with a huge belly ) criticizes Jay´s Adidas Oregons.
Jay replies : But at least they look sporty. You are NOT sporty like this.
The interviewer : How do you know ?
Jay ( pointing at her pregnant belly ) : Well, you´ve been on the pints !

HAHAHAH yeah, I remember that too. I've got the clip somewhere on my PC, I'll have to watch it and have a little laugh JK does know when to say certain things.
(*On the pints, for those that don't understand, refers to when someone drinks a lot of beer - beer is measured in pints in the UK. But sorry if I'm stating the obvious )

Hello there,
I remember on a Much interview about AFO he says that UK press is horrible and when he comes home: 'I just try to offend them as much as I can, I insult them and they go away, you know?'.
And it's true, he knows how to be funny, and when. You can see this at the Live in Verona concert!!

I love the moment of Verona 2002 that he throws the towel away and then is happily surprised with his good throw. 'Whoohoow!' |
