Hello,
Hehe, I have known of that Jamiroquai boxset for some time, but never got around to contemplating of buying it . Thanks for the remindar post about it Diego, much appreciated for the fans who didn't know about it ! But as for my Jamiroquai CD spending for early 2005 per se, I am waiting for 1st single/6th album CD release details to come out before I start shuffling out my latter Christmas greenbacks for more Jam. *Rubs hands together in deep prayer whispering* "1st single CD release details in Jan. 2005, 1st single CD release details in Jan. 2005....please oh please oh Magical buffaloman in the sky!" Hehe, sorry, thanks for listening and Peace!
Sincerely,
JamiroFan2000 _________________

Pretty much all the songs on the box set are one the 2 cd compilation I made for myself...lol...no need to go out and spend all that money when you can make it yourself. _________________ I used to worry about the future
But then I threw my caution to the wind.....

Hello there,
Well that's true KMackdaddy1972, but even if you have the songs it is nice to have original stuff... for example, if the new album comes out and it can be download, you know... you can hear the songs and make a CD-R yourself, but I am buying it!! You know what I mean?
Another example, there's a store I know where the Singles Collection Boxset is available (that box made of wood), I already have the songs on it, but I would love to have all the original singles...
I don't know is hard to explain, every material I can get of Jam I want to have it.
Anyway, here you can read who wrote each song:

I read that the wood-box deal was only for Canadian release. How'd it end up in your neck of the woods, Diego?
As for the Complete Odyssey thing, I don't need it-got 'em all. Still, a neat idea. I'll do like Jamirofan though, and save cash for the new album. Whenever it comes. _________________ "...I feel that Jamiroquai needs to be taken to another stage now. It really does. Yes I think the wooden box single collection was only realeased for Canada. It is for regular sale availabe at www.wom.de for 59,99 Euro and listed as Canadian import.
The box is nice but the included singles are for my taste sligtly disappointing. These songs are on 5 singles:
1. Return to the space cowboy (radio edit / demo version)
2. Journey to Arnhemland
3. Kids
4. Cosmic girl (radio edit)
5. Slipin 'n' slidin'
6. Didjital vibrations
7. Cosmic girl (classic radio mix)
8. Alright (full length version / Tee's in house mix / Tee's digital club / Tee's raido jay)
9. Virtual insanity (radio edit)
10. Do you know where you're coming from
11. Bullet
12. Virtual insanity (album version)
13. Stillness in time (radio edit)
14. Space cowboy (classic radio / classic club)
15. Stillness in time (vinyl version)
I am sharing Diego's oppinion and like to collect original stuff. But it is better to watch out for rare maxi singles with good remixes, many songs or videos on it. _________________

Hello Jamirotalkers,
The canadian Box is an imported item in the store I'm telling you, and it's a little bit expensive for me... plus I will spend all the money I got in the new album -that is: different versions with bonus tracks, singles, etc etc-.
Ps: I will change the name of the topic to 'Box Sets' cause that's what we're talking about now...
