the only Hispano-speaker country I respect apart from Spain is Argentina. The rest are all destroyed. I get devastated when I see the "everyday" news from Mexico, Venezuela, Peru, Cuba, Colombia... (all the mafias, the violence, the massive corruption of everyone there (politicians, police...).
About the people living in Venezuela, I don´t pity them. After all, Chavez was elected by the people in a very well supervised elections. |

I haven't heard that on the news, how strange. I'm not saying that you're lying, but I dunno, it sounds strange to me... That would be so freat for our country, that it's strange it didn't appear on the media. And if he did that, I think he's stupid. I mean, first of all he should try to save his own country shouldn't he?
I know Argentina is not as bad as Venezuela, Mexico or Colombia economically, but we still have lots of problems. Many people can't buy meat because it's too expensive, so they gotta eat soja which is genetically modified, and it's bad for health. Besides, almost everything keeps getting more and more expensive. That's something that's not shown on the media, but it affects argentinians. I mean, I thank God we don't have a war or a revolution, but we don't live that well (although we're better than 2 years ago). Argentina is a very insecure country as well. _________________

As a peruvian I can say we are not detroyed, man. Save your pity. Things may not be as good as in other countries but good times are coming I think. the eighties were bad times because of terrorism and the nineties because of corruption but right now if the politicians play the game in an intelligent way i'm sure we will get out of this. You shouldn't believe all the news that you hear... I'm sure there are ppl that really want you to think we are destroyed. Politics are dirty everywhere. _________________ We're going to a funktion yeah yeah yeah |

well, I´m not talking about "the people" but If I had to live in anyone of this countries I think I´d fuck off to anyother place.
There is news and articles here everyday talking about riots, bands (Latin Kings, etc...) murdering and drug traffic. I know some of them must be intoxicated, of course, but I really feel sorry for the people living in Mexico, Colombia or Cuba.
About the veracity of the elections in venezuela, they are recognized by the European Union and from the States. Hundreds of international supervisors were sent for that. I was really surprised when your country throw away the oportunity of freedom. but, hey, I don´t live there, so I could be wrong. anyway don´t take too serious what I say |

No man don't worry...
but the chavez and his gang made some tricks to win there, and that happened twice with the referendum last year...
there's a new opposition growing here... let's wait... we need great leaders... not all those fakers... _________________ This is FunkEducation, supporting the 1992-1998 Jamiroquai!!

here's what really pisses me off: the US of A won't get in there (Venezuela) and clean it up. Why? Bush wants to be on the good side of Chavez. Why? For the bloody oil that venezuela has..
This is almost the same as the Khmer Rouge of cambodia in the late 70s. The us did NOTHING about this. Why? Because Cambodia supported the US in their fight against North Vietnam. Sad. |

well, the thing in Cuba is not going to last more than 2 or 3 years more coz Castro should die soon, and its a regim that cannot be supported longer than his dead (look what happened in Spain when Franco died) |

that would be great for Cuba, and for us! I mean, Castro is like Chavez's dad or headmaster... so, in most of the cases, chavez receive steps from Fidel when chavez is stuck in something... if Castro die... Hugo Chavez will be all alone... cos he has no supporting here in venezuela, at least the little percent of people on his side... something like 20% of people in Venezuela... i know that Chavez was a great experience for us... cos then we will know how to act with the new leaders coming up... _________________ This is FunkEducation, supporting the 1992-1998 Jamiroquai!!
