Karaoke-Contest
Hello!
I had an idea while I was chatting with Maria. I asked Maria to announce it here but she was ... she was busy 
So let's get detailed:
I thought that we could do a Jamiroquai-Karaoke-Contest.
1. We have to choose which song we want to sing.
2. Each singer has to sing the chosen song.
3. Each singer has to upload the song somewhere to make it public.
4. Everyone in this community should vote for the best one.
5. We have a winner.
So who wants to support my idea?

That's one of the greatest ideas I've ever heard!  . I desperately need a microphone  , I need to sing COTE. I don't sing very well, but... that's my song you know...  . Please people, support this idea!

ther eis a program that eliminates some vocals from original tracks. but it does not work too well and the quality of the instrumental becomes very bad - but it's about the voice, so I guess it's not that important...

There are already some Karaoke-files available to download... Maybe you should try e-mule or another filesharingsystem.
Although I hate the quality of midifiles, there are some good Karaoke-midis downloadable.

for those of you who own a playstation2, you can get singstar and singstar party and you will get the chance to sing to deeper underground and cosmic girl including microphones, the original videos and the karaoke-version of the songs

oh im really scared of this idea mainly becoz if i hear everyone from this forum kareoking jam tracks or singing songs i think im gonna have to leave becoz i wont be able to deal with it! lol ...but still an interesting idea... iwouldnt be in on it tho! unless someone snuck into my home and fitted a microphone into my room or shower ... o_O
