Were gettin' down?
i was searching the net the other day, and came across one site saying jamiroquai have done a song called "were gettin' down"

I was wondering if anyone could give me any news on this? is it B side or simply a live song?

Anyone know where i can hear it

Cheers

The song is on the Light years single, UK release and japanese release(version 2).

It was played live too, e.g. on bootleg north sea jazz '95. Wink

Here's a list of Jamiroquai's non-album songs or Bonus tracks :

Tighten Up
Space Clav
We're Gettin' Down
Lost Souls
Bullet
(Do You Know Where You're Coming From)
Hollywood Swinging
Slipin' N' Slidin
Deeper Underground
Getinfunky
Wolf in Sheep's Clothin'
Everybody's Going To The Moon
Snooze You Lose
Do It Like We Used To Do
Bad Girls
Titan

More or less, that's it... I didn't mention live version & remix of album's song...
Check this for a complete list (from May 2002 unfortunately...).
I updated it a year ago for Frenchiroquai website, but... Wink

For me, the best ones are "Slipin' N' Slidin'", "Bullet" & "Do It...".

See Ya

Max.

Covers
It's an original song by weldon irving -Winston dunno who sang it?! whatever I've 2 different live versions of the song, mail me if ya want to trade, one indeed came on teh Light Years black n' chromatic single and the other one I found around.

If you forgot about these covers:

our time is coming, don't stop the feeling by roy ayers, both are cool

Also a remix sang live was cosmic girl quasar mix live, a rare but funky version
