The Death Of Pope John Paul II, At 84 Years Of Age
Today, at 21:37 (Vatican time), Pope John Paul II has passed away...
I know he went to a better place, and I hope he is praying for us in heaven...
A very sad day indeed.... _________________

Although I'm a Catholic, I never always agreed with him on some issues, but he was still a champion of mankind and, in my eyes, a true warrior for continuing to lead in the face of the disease that would eventually kill him. I think everyone, regardless of whether they admired him or not, can learn from him and his ways. He will be missed by the world. The only good that comes from this is that his suffering is over, and that he is finally well again in the arms of God. _________________ "...I feel that Jamiroquai needs to be taken to another stage now. Yes, this was a very sad day. Poor Pope, I think it'll be difficult for someone to achieve what he has achieved but I just hope the next Pope takes care of all the Catholics. RIP Juan Pablo II, we'll never forget you, and I'm glad that your pain stoped and you're in a better place now _________________

Riposa in Pace.
The Roman Catholic Church lost one of its most charismatic and influential leaders: The Pope who loved and believed in the young people.
| Quote: |
| The world has lost a champion of human freedom and a good and faithful servant of God has been called home |
Let's try to follow his love and charity teachings. _________________

Today funeral of Pope will be celebrated: the funeral has become the largest single pilgrimage in history and is expected to see the largest gathering of dignitaries gathered at one event. Security considerations are a primary concern and the Italian Miltary has been put on high alert to ensure safety and prevention of a terrorist attack and to control the expected crowd of over 2 million people. _________________
