1. Find a site called " http://www.imageshack.us " via your browser.
( You are using the Internet Explorer I suppose )
2. There will be a field called " search " or " browse"
or something like that.
3. Press this search button.
4.You will be able to browse through the different folders of
your computer.
5. Select the folder that contains the image you wanna post.
6. On imageshack press the button " host it ".
7. Now it will take a little time.Then you can see your picture
in a minimized form on the imageshack site.
8. Under this small version of your picture there are several addresses.
9. Klick on the last address ( called " Direct link to image " )
with the left mouse button.The address will become black.
10.Press the right mouse button and select " copy ".
( In order to copy the image address )
11. Go to Jamirotalk or another forum.
12. Write your post.
13. Above the text field you see different buttons.
( B, i, _u, Quote, Code, List, List, Img, URL )
14. Click on the Img button. ( only once )
15. This is what will appear on the text field : [img]
16. Press the right mouse button.
17. Select " Paste " ( or whatever it is called in your language ).
18. The images URL will appear on the textfield.
19. Make sure there is no space left out between the " [img] "
and the images Url !
20. Press the Img button above the text field again.
21. This is what will appear on the text field : [/img]
22. Make sure there is no space left out between the image Url and
the " [/img] ".
23. Press "Submit" and if you´re lucky you will have posted your
first image...

yes is in carnival, around 2 years ago, that's not my math book as on the uni i don't use maths book, but i still have maths and physics from first level at uni (and i'm on 3rd/4th)
and that's the book who fits with the material i do......
