JamiroFAN performing at NORTH SEA JAZZ FEST 2005 @ the Hague
This annual jazz fest is in the Netherlands from July 8th - 10th. I am proud to announce that my jazz quartet (The Madcap Four) is performing two days

Friday, July 8th from 16:15 till 17:30 at the Outside Entryway
Saturday, July 9th from 23:00 till 00:00 in the Escherhall

If you are planning on attending the festival, stop by and enjoy some original jazz. Introduce yourself to me afterwards as well...I have never been outside of the country and am looking forward to an exciting new experience.

for more info on the festival: visit www.northseajazz.com
for info on the MADCAP FOUR and to listen to free sound clips, visit www.mattcashdollar.com

(also, I am trying to make arrangements to travel to Switzerland on Sunday, July 10th to the Moon & Stars Festival to catch JAMIROQUAI...If you are in or are around the area and are planning on going to this show, email me at matt@mattcashdollar.com I won't know anyone and it will be fun to enjoy the show with one of my fellow Jam Party People)

We have mostly original material with a few arrangements of tunes from John Coltrane and Ornette Coleman. More info on the group is available at mattcashdollar.com as well as sound clips of the group.

Personally, my influences on the sax come from Cannonball Adderley, Coltrane, Ornette, Maceo Parker, Karl Denson, John Zorn, and Joe Henderson among others. The group comes out of the MASADA (zorn) bag but with our own sound. The CD will be available soon and I will add clips of our originals on my site in the near future.

PS...i don't think they will allow for me to record it but maybe the festival will record it and allow me to release it with permission.
