Non-UK airplay of FJLIS
A few weeks ago, Dutch radiostation 3FM had the premiere of FJLIS because of a non-official airplay. This morning I was listening to another Dutch station, namely YorinFM, and guess what I heard at 8.44 CET... It was FJLIS again!
It's rather special, because over here in Holland Jamiroquai isn't that popular. You rarely hear one of their tracks played. But now FJLIS is at least played two times, even before the official release!
PS: The DJ was very pleased to hear something different from Jamiroquai, but he also mentioned the rumours about the rest of the album being more old Jamiroquai-style...

Last week I saw FJLIS on MTV Netherlands 3 times !! I also spoke to a friend who said he heard FJLIS on radio a couple of times (don't know the radio station(s)) |

well, i didn't know this was news, I listen to yorin fm mostly (well and 3fm i was the guy that made Giel Beelen turn it on the radio  ) and they are playing it very often! I don't listen YorinFM all day long but I do hear fjlis every time
I agree with you that Jamiroquai isn't that popular in Holland but it looks like fjlis is going to be a hit!
btw, you love his avatar, I like quaiongen's nickname

Here in Argentina MTV´s directos is fascinated with the video and it´s going to be played 10 times a day all the days starting yestarday ( monday)

Here in northern Germany the local radio stations are playing FJLIS quite often the last days.
As for the video I don't know, cause I can not reiceive any music channels with my TV

 Hello,
Being in America, I don't have the luxury of radio stations that KNOW ACTUAL MUSIC. But I'm happy as heck when I can listen to British Radio Online, and from what I have heard, FJLIS is buzzing all over the place on their radio .  Though the only UK radio station that ISN'T playing it, and I have e-mail requested to play it is Virgin Radio out of the London....very weird. Thanks for listening,  Great to hear they are playing it some places in the world and Peace!

Thanks cheeeba lover and skoolen87. I made that avatar from a photo I took when I was in Ibiza (2003). Quaiongen is called in dutch kwajongen and that means something like a rascal  .
I really hope that the single will be a hit here in The Netherlands so that there is more chance that they will give some concerts here. I love to see them live again, it's been a long time (9-10-2001) ! |
