Political Analysis of EOPE
Hi,
I havent posted here for donkeys years and i've come back for some help.

I'm studying at University and I have an major assignment on the politics of music and i would really love to do a Jamiroquai song from EOPE - EVERYONE is going Bob Dylan, so i'm going for something a little newer, a little edgier and I am deciding between Too Young To Die or When you Gonna Learn,

actually, it just occurred to be that Virtual Insanity would be a great song too.

SOoo... if you guys hav any info or links to websites that discuss this - cuz i'm searching and i'm drawing blanks. Or if you have any ideas at all please let me know on this or e-mail me at

simone040@hotmail.com

thanks guys
xoxo

I think you should go for Virtual Insanity:

It was released in the same day the Dolly sheep was cloned.
You can analize cloning, its advance, its acceptance by the European Comission and Parliament who approved the cloning of human cells Arrow http://europa.eu.int/comm/research/science-society/ethics/legislation_en.html#13

Jay meant to tell us that technology is taking over our lifes very rapidly, and we must question ourselves where will it Stop?! Is cloning right? Is choosing the color of your baby(like jay sings) right?

Everyone has the right to life(article 3 of the universal human rights convention) and the right to his identity! What would happen if a person was actually cloned?!
Nowadays only therapeutic cloning is accepted but VInsanity rings the alarm about the tension between medical advances and political, social and human rights constraints.

Hope this was helpful
Peace
