JMQ at MTV Movie Awards & Napoleon Dynamite WON
Hello Jamirotalkers,
Remember the dancing part in the movie 'Napoleon Dynamite'? Well... "Napoleon Dynamite" was named best movie and star Jon Heder received two awards: breakthrough male performance and best musical performance for his awkward talent-show dance moves set to a Jamiroquai's 'Canned Heat'!!!
Great news!

Hello,
What great news, thanks for that Diego . "Napoleon Dynamite" certainly turned out to be the "sleeper movie hit" of 2004, I still consider it the "Better Off Dead" for my generation. I wonder: This win and attention possibly bring nerds into the fold as new fans of Jamiroquai? I remember watching the "Making of Napoleon Dynamite" on the DVD and Jared Hess (Writer and Director) mentioning that they pretty much went through every Jam song when choegraphing the dance scene, I think it turned out better than can be expected. Congrats to Jared & Jerusha Hess and the cast and crew of ND, excellent job ! Peace!
Sincerely,
