International Shipping of Dynamite for U.S. Fans
I'm on of the many U.S. Jamiroquai fans who have had to pre-order the album from an international source. (i.e. amazon.co.uk) Does anyone know how soon U.S. customers can expect the album to come to them? |

I'm guessing June 26th. That's totally arbitrary, btw, but then aren't all of Sony/BMG's release dates? _________________ i left my funk in san francisco

Hello,
Hehe, good jab and truthful perception Tahoe about Sony's Release practices, gave me a much needed "Five Mile Smile" ( I know, this FJLIS Lyric reference will become a cliche' very soon !) ! Anyway, that is about right, from my American Import experience, usually the arrival time is between 4-7 days for record store orders. Independant online orders can run sometimes 2 weeks at the most extreme case if it is a obscure title. I got 2 Dynamites coming to me, and my money is on the Independant Record Store getting it faster than the Corporate Chain Tower Records. Anyway, good luck on your import Wwusa and Peace !
Sincerely,

I live in the US (California) and I pre-ordered the Japanese import from CD Universe. They sent me an email saying that it won't be released until June 28,so I assume it will arrive shortly after that? I'm trying to be patient, but it's hard, lol. |

I pre-ordered the Japanese import from CD Universe, but today they sent me an email saying their supplier has run out of copies and that it is now on "backorder"
So,I went ahead and ordered an import copy from TowerRecords.com.
Has anyone in the US received their import copies that they ordered on-line? I'm getting really impatient!!! |

Guys, try to get a hold of the Australian version of the album, as far as I know it has both Time Won't Wait and Beatbox, but better check funkin site before you order. Also the cds there and their shipping is less than anything from Europe or Japan.
Cheers,
Blaz |

Hello Blaz Long time no see
Australian version is the same as European (even same cat number). So far, there are only 3 version of dynamite that have Time Won't Wait: UK CD, UK LP & Japan.
Beatbox is not present on any release, apart from test pressing or promo of Dynamite. So, we have one more CD to track down |

Received an email from Amazon last night. They said there is still a delay on my shipment of Dynamite, as in they don't have any to send... Could it possibly be that maybe there has been a big international influx of orders, a good portion of which are coming from the U.S., and they didn't anticipate this? It that's the case I hope they pass on the news to the big-wigs at Sony... _________________ Wouldn't 'ya like... To walk the sunny avenues of life? |
