Australia - HMV JMQ Competition
I just drove past a HMV in Melbourne, and they had an amazing front window setup promoting the new album, Dynamite.
They had a huge cardboard fitting of Jay Kay and some other smaller posters.
Deal is, if you buy the album from HMV you go in the draw to win the front window display.
Hmmm.... looks like I will have to buy the album again...

well, here in adelaide, Sanity (and the rest of australia) had a competition regarding pre-ordering the album.
if you pre-ordered the album, you could have the chance to see JAMIROQUAI PERFORM AT A SECRET LOCATION OVERSEAS!
what you had to do was fill out (in 25 words or less) where you would like to see Jamiroquai perform and why.
i said: "I'd like to see jamiroquai perform in Italy because it'd be great to see Jay woo the beautiful Italian signoritas!" (a la "Live In Verona") cheesy, but there u go.
2nd prize were tickets to any old concert (not jamiroquai) and 3rd prize were ALL SINGLES AND VINYLS AND ALBUMS done by Jamiroquai in the back catalogue?!?!?!
i would've put 3rd to 2nd. eh. |

Tell me about it ... I would prefer 3rd prize over 2nd too... someone obviously didn't realise the value in 3rd prize...
I can just imagine the 2nd prize winner being called up and told they won 2nd prize... "Dammit....Any chance I can swap with 3rd???" 
I just drove past HMV again....but didnt have my camera...its an awesome setup...I wonder if all HMV's are doing it...
