American Import Pre-orders...
Hello,
I looked around and sure enough, American Import sales listings are starting to emerge, online and nearby . I went by my local record store, Plan 9 Music (http://www.plan9music.com), and they had a listing for a UK import of Dynamite for $25 , so I put down my order, I just hope I have $25 to spare at that time . Here are some popular online American sites you can order a import on, though the prices range between $25-$35:
AMAZON.COM (Includes Borders.com & Barnes & Noble.com): http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B0009MA92I/qid%3D1116972793/sr%3D11-1/ref%3Dsr%5F11%5F1/002-4201944-0684855
CDUniverse: http://www.cduniverse.com/productinfo.asp?style=music&bab=E&pid=6876860&cart=249290902
Circuit City: (FJLIS Single Pre-order): http://entertainment.circuitcity.com/Music/Album.aspx?p_id=P+++142977&a_id=R+++780761&prodid=SNYC675891.2
Sam Goody (FJLIS Single Pre-order):
http://www.samgoody.com/Music/Album.aspx?p_id=P+++142977&a_id=R+++780761&prodid=SNYC675891.2
There you go, when I see more pre-order listings, I will post them. Thanks for listening and Peace!
Sincerely,

Hello all,
I found in my experience, when, I promise you I wasn't panicking about the October release , Catman said that the Australian release would have "Time Won't Wait" just like that Japanese release would (Apparently not!) and I went to Sanity.com.au, created an account and ordered it with free shipping and it came out to US$23.00. Hope it helps! |

I just preordered from Amazon.co.uk and the funny thing is...Dynamite shows up for £7.23 in your cart, but its listed as £8.49 on the Jamiroquai page. This is a good deal of money to be shaved off for an American working on this horrid exchange rate. So after airmail shipping, the order finally came to £10.31 around $18.87 USD...Quite a steal considering Amazon.com wants $35 USD, nearly half the cost of the import. now that I've ordered and have ensured my copy coming, everyone go to amazon.co.uk and get in on this cheap (comparably) import offer. |

Hello again,
Your welcome, glad my information helped some ! That is CERTAINLY a steal Kellte2, if only deals like that could be done for ALL Jamiroquai studio albums. Reminds me of a old post I did a while back, if they wanted to "bang the buck" even more, release remastered and expanded versions of all the 5 past Jamiroquai studio albums. I mean, they came close to that with the German EOPE Vinyl classics release, but who really wants a ironic compact disk colored like a Vinyl record? Thanks for listening and good luck to all fans importing Dynamite! Peace!
Sincerely,

well, I also agree, wtf, an old vinyl-like EOPE, looks like a cheap verbatim vinyl cd-r! he he, well at least they ell more which is great
btw, I've wondered if someday, JMQ will release a DVD audio cd, straight from the masters with extra stuff, would be so awesome, great sound quality, I'll spend my money on that! |

This is a good thread, thanks for the info! I live in the US (California) so I went ahead and pre-ordered the Japanese import from CD Universe. It was expensive but that's okay cause I didn't wanna have to wait until the fall! |

I realize this is a little late, but for desperate American fans (like myself), this is a bargain, too. This site called CD WOW! has free shipping worldwide and a copy just marked up from 14.95 USD to 16.95 USD.

*grumbles* Stupid autumn release date... What's a fan to do?
