3rd single Electric Mistress????

but maybe it is Don't give hate a chance... that song is awesome...
i want Starchild as a single too

I also think the same! Although I really love Electric Mistress, I don't think this track could improve (quite bad?)sales of album. They should chose tracks that most people here love, like starchild, dynamite, don't give hate a chance or maybe black devil car (just maybe) because masses would probably love them too.
They really need to do something good, otherwise the album will fall of charts (17th place after 3 weeks?) |

Don't Give Hate A Chance MUST be the third single, or the forth, but it must be one of them!

i also think so !
i think its obvious 7 days in sunny june single release will improve the sales very much and about
the 3rd single i also think it should be a super disco hit like dynamite or starchild because this track will form opinion of the people
while being played on the radio and tv. (though i love Electric Mistress
so much) |

but the thing is there surely must be dynamite and
starchild released as singles as well!!!! |

It would make a fantastic single!
As great as most of the songs on the album are, not all of them can make singles because of radio editing and record company descisions. Maybe there can be 5 singles!

On later with Jools hollans they played 3 songs.
FJLIS- became a single
7 days- gonna be a single
Black devil car- guess which ones next....

Electric Mistress?? Nah I guess the best choice is black devil car... in fact i think it should have been the 1st single... i dont think it's the best song in the album but if we're thinking commercially...

That's a logical theory...but also take into account that the official website has 7 Days, FJLIS, Dynamite, and Give Hate A Chance on their media player.
However, you can put me down in the "EM for 3rd single" camp. I really enjoy the studio track, and judging from its first run at the B-Live show, it translates well live.

I think these should be the next three singles,in this order...
"Seven Days In Sunny June"
"Love Blind"
"Black Devil Car"
I think "Electric Mistress" would do well in the clubs,but I don't think it has the potential to become a big worldwide hit,like the three songs I listed above. |
