If you want to sound like Toby
hi guys!!!
i have bought fantastic Rhodes piano!!!!
Exactly the same model that was used by Toby Smith
for all Jamiroquai albums.
before i received my rhodes i didnt believe theres a rhodes that can have
that amazing Toby's sound. And now i can tell you:
if you want to have his sound buy Mark I Suitcase 88 keys made before 1976.
My Rhodes Piano:
Mark I Suitcase 88 keys
Serial Number: 323
year: 1975
i was so shocked that it sounds exactly like Toby's one!!!!
the same fat creamy tone!!!!
i played other models before and they didnt sound like jamiroquai,
but this one has that amazing Toby's tone!!!
So i think you can imagine how excited i am now!!!
it was biggest dream of my life!!!
so expect fresh tunes from me!!!! |

| Toby has not used the sequencer for a few years and would like to let it go to a new home. It still contains some tunes programmed into it, ones that were not part of Synkronized - "just ones that didn't make the cut!" |
this may be the closest we can ever get to the sound that they were planning for "Zenderized" ofcourse there is no bass, guitar, drums, horns, percussion or vocals. We can atleast get an idea of what a few other tracks were sounding like. Someone with some $$$$ needs to pick this one up |
