San Fran recap
just got back. the show was amazing. despite having us wait 2 hours after doors opened before Jamiroquai took the stage, it was worth it. My first time seeing them and it was really cool. In the beginning Jay Kay gave out little cd's that said 'Mixes from Dynamite' and had his autograph on them....the cd's are supposed to have remixes of Electric Mistress, Dynamite, and Feels Like it Should....I managed to get one, but the cd is blank! it doesn't play in my car or on my computer, which says it's a blank cd. did anyone else at the SF show who got one of these actually get a functional disc? if so, i'd really like it if you could send me the files, so I can actually use the cd.....
in any case, the show was awesome, and I hope they come back here sometime......i wanna see them again! |

Yeah, both shows were amazing, although I'm gonna go ahead and say Saturday was slightly better..not just for my own personal reasons  . I honestly saw the best show of my life, and they exceeded any expectations I had of them. I thought, oh, just gonna give patronage to my favorite band even though they're beyond their best years, so to speak...I was definitely proven wrong - these guys are amazing, even with the new lineup. They really put on a great show and give the crowd their money's worth. |

Hey a3s1g1,
I was front row for both San Fran shows and Jay handed me the very first remix cd!! He handed one to my friend as well and we both tried playing them and neither of them worked!! We are very sad cos most of these remixes are not available. I even joked at theshow with my friend, "Hey what if these are blank and he's just playing a joke on us." Not funny, but it is cool to have something signed! Ridiculous show though. See you all at LA!!

I thought it was just mine that was blank. hmm. hopefully the songs show up somewhere online so we can burn them to our blank discs!! i wonder if it was intentional to give us blank cds.... |
