Here in Argentina is called "Budín Hamburgués".
I don't know if it has any relation with Hamburg Very Happy

uhm...let me think: i'm a specialist in cakes:
Budin is usually made of chocolate and hamburg is famous and well known for its choco cakes, like Sacher in Wien
So:
Budin=chocolate
hamburg= chocolate
