I think it goes like this...
The contract ends with the Greatest Hits, but that is when the Greatest Hits tour ends. Next year will be the tour. After that, they're going to rest and then... only God knows (or not!)

And once the album's out the way, they'll be able to start creating music right away without that feeling that they've got to hand it all over to Sony. Of course, they've probably started hoarding tracks away in readiness already...

taking a break..yes.
stopping...no. afterall, they all have families to feed and bills to pay especially jay with that big house and all those cars. and since they make a living doing what they love, which is music - i'm sure we won't see any of them stop for a lifetime. _________________ www.dee34.wordpress.com |

I recognise that. When you're scared of something you start looking for the possibilities that it might happen. At least I do that _________________ Sarah |

Hi,
Just a short question: when Jay mentioned that the Greatest Hits Tour would start October, did he mean this October or October `07? I`m quite suspicious as after his words he`s planning to re-group and it`s not easy to rehearse the new set in 2 months with the brass section that he might still don`t have (and not talking about charging their batteries for the new tour, which would also take a bit time)… So any internal infos ?

Hmmm...very good observation Zsoma, but if the Greatest Hits album or whatever comes out in 2006, would they tour an entire year later for it?
Who knows, I guess we'll wait patiently and see! _________________ www.dee34.wordpress.com |

No no, it can't be October 07! By that time, the Greatest Hits album will be thing of the past! And with only 2 singles, it should be this year. Maybe they are rehearsing now with the brass section, who knows.

I have to go with Dyego on this.
If they wait 1 year, ppl will have fogotten the GH cd.
And i don't think, it's a thing he thought of and blurred out and lovebox.
Maybe they contacted 5 ppl and he hopes 3 will say YES. (if all say YES, he has to hire all )
The band could be practicing as we speak.
There are plenty of days inbetween.
The brass section would have to learn the notes first anyway, that can be done without the band. And then they have 2 months, to work together. _________________ May you always feel the wind on your face and the waves on your toes |
