I know a lot of people who can't afford expensive shoes, and there is nothing wrong with sporting shoes from payless!! although i don't because they hurt my damn feet!

Although Payless is more of discount shoe store and seen as a lower end kind of shoe place, it's still kinda cool they used the song.

I wrote them an email saying that they should put the songs they use on their website, and a link to the artists official site and maybe a audio clip. I tried to get the point across that maybe it'll help their revenue and bring in new customers. If someone sees the commercial and likes the song, they may go to the website to see if it's listed. Plus, lots of retailers do that. On their commercials, they'll have the artists name and song at the bottom of the commercial, and say 'you can buy this on our website' or something......hey, it's a long shot, but it's what I do....no harm in trying! you gotta work with what you got.

the song has also been heard in stores such as H&M, Express, Gap...and on commercials for some television series in America, such as Las Vegas.

haha, I just heard this commercial and I immediately wanted to post, but I guess its been aired before. Big shock to hear FJLIS, but hey, the song might actually catch on.
And to me, Payless is far from "Bodgey", they have really nice shoes for cheap. Its one of my favorite stores! I always get compliments on my Payless shoes Wink

hey man...
if you wanna make a succesful quote, the phrase must be closed by this tags:

see well what you have written...
and try not to make quotes of big texts... just make the quote of the thing you wanna talk about, and be sure that the tags are correctly written...
that's all...

quote in spanish means: "citar"
so, you can do it, but try not to make a biblic quote! it makes the posts terrible to read...

Payless emailed me back and said 'Thank you for the suggestion, and putting the albums on the website may be something they consider in the future.'

Sounds like a fluff answer to me personally, but it's all good..Smile
