Automatic Log In Not Working????
Every time I come to the forum, I need to log in every time. I always sign in my name and tick the 'automatically log in' bit, but whenever I come back to the site at a different time it never recognises me and I have to re-log in, even though I asked it to remember me.
I have cookies and other sites remember my log in name etc, but not here - it used to work fine until about one month ago.
Anyway just wanting to know if this is happening to anyone else and if anyone can help me so I don't have to re-sign in every time I visit the site
Thanks,
SAMANTHA |

I have the same problem since some weeks. Thought it would be only another problem of my computer, cause it occured only after updating from telekom to 6.0 system. Since then all my lock ins are not safed _________________

hmm nooo i often do delete those temporary files !!
and nothing changed...
but something is weird... when i close jamirotalknet... and come back later / didn´t closed my pc... i ´m "recognized".. so it does work then... but by "closing" my pc totally i always have to log in again...
/ btw.. the automatic log in does work for me on a different site i visit regularly...
but on that site al lot of other things doesn´t work...
hmm.. really strange... _________________

I have also had this problem, always, I think.. and I also often need to Log in twice, before the system accepts me in. I have had PC with all kinds of browsers. Now I've had this brilliant Macintosh (never again back to PC!), but the problem is still there. So I guess the problem is not on users computers fault. Cheers! _________________ kite carrier (geuze)

The exact same thing happens to me MrsMoon, where it remembers me if I go to another website then come back when when I turn the whole computer off and turns it on again, then it have to put my user name etc. in again.

No, we haven't done anything, mrsmoon.
As I said, it is not jamirotalks fault. Must have been you computer.
I myself had the same problem for a long time, but only when I was sitting on my hubbies PC. On my old mac it was running.
Then I deleted the temporarily files and cookies and whatever on the PC and updated the browser, and it worked again.
Now on my new iMac it also works perfectly. I have logged in two weeks ago and am still logged in since then.
