Brainstorm for first video from future 6th album...
 Hello, :bm_b:
I'm feeling much better now, over the nasty cold, much back to my normal self! After listening to the two new Jamiroquai songs trying to make out the lyrics ("A Funk Odyssey" & "Cannabliss"), I came up with the  idea to brainstorm what the first video from the 6th album would be like. I mentally drew up some scenarios for possible videos for new songs if they were the first video from the future release, please leave your thoughts on what you think, but I still believe "Cannabliss" would make a perfect first single subject! Here we go....
*6TH ALBUM FIRST VIDEO IDEAS*
1. "A Funk Odyssey": Video opens with a slumbering JK, a weird low humming sound pierces the pre-dawn air. JK wakes up in a cold sweat and looks around room and notices a glowing red light coming from the closet. J slips on his robe and walks slowly over to the closet, he looks around suspectily and grabs the closet door handle and twists it open. The light suddenly disappears and J beholds a empty closet, then after a sigh, J turns around to a glowing fake animal fur hat with mexican beads floating in front him. J gives a look of sheer horror, then the hat floats onto J's head, J screams and grabs onto hat trying to take it off. J is comsumed by a golden light and disappears in a sprite of light. J awakens on a golden ship flying in space at a undetermined speed, as stars flush by, the band, all dressed in different shipmate costumes, start to playing their instruments, then J, dressed like the original EOPE years: Golden adidas trainers, striped pants, rainbow colored ascot mex jacket, and fake animal fur hat, starts singing and starts dancing around the ship. While music continues to play, J pulls some killer moves around the ship, sliding up and down the masts, spinning the ships control around, then defys gravity and starts flying above the ship much like the latter of the "Canned Heat" Video. Then the music whines down, and J falls down, then J wakes back in bed, figures it was dream, but eyes up and sees hat still on head. THE END
2. "Cannabliss": Video opens with a shadow moving around a bedroom, getting dressed, music slowly fades up, the shadowery figure grabs keys off table, runs through door, jumps in Aston Martin and peels off down country road. Car parks on side of street in London, then camera pans up of J getting out of car to reveal J is dressed up like the EOPE years. JK starts to sing and runs around and dances amongst the people on the sidewalk, then brandishes a hand full of blunts and starts shoving them into the people's mouths. During the chorus, people take unsuspected puffs of the blunts and starting to smile and dance with J. J continues his quest with jumping from the hoods of the cars at street lights throwing blunts into everybody's mouths. During the second chorus, J dances around the streets with the people, then the band is seen jamming in a store window of a shop, J slides in, smiles at everybody, hands each band member a blunt and they all rush out of the shop and dance down the street. Then at the slowdown, J cools out on a parkbench with the people surrounding him as he puffs and plays with the exiting Blunt smoke, blows cool shapes of various things; mostly special effects. Then J gets up and everybody dance down the same stretch of road, till all of a sudden, a bobbie appears out of nowhere and grabs J and says, "Alright, alright, your nicked!" J asks he can explain, does his mover rountine, and hands the coppie a blunt. Bobbie smirks a bit to offer, while writing ticket, but then rips up ticket and starts to puff puff, then J smiles and everybody follows J and he dances down the street into the sunset. THE END
There you go, hope you find these amusing, they would make great videos, especially the "Cannabliss" video, but I figure they couldn't play the video due to the Cheeba. Thanks for listening and the usual props to CosmicMouse & Bear! Peace and please leave your feedback!

great ideas!
the first reminds me of an idea i had for a video for feels so good.
I think I'll post about some of my ideas sometime.
anyway, I also thought about dressing the band like astronauts/shipmates and stuff. I was inspired from star-track as you will see -
Toby Smith (it was originally for FSG, so it's not matt jonson): and android, that was supposed to do the robotic vocal in FSG.
Derrick McKenzy: wears on his eyes that think that lt. jordy laforge from "star-track next generation" was wearing on his eyes (hope you know what I'm talking about)
Rob Harris: has pointy ears (like spok) and green skin.
Nick Fyffe: has a cybernetic aim-eye instead of his bilnd eye.
Sola Akingbola: has a face like a Klingon.
