The Ultimate CD
Just following on from the discussion about a greatest hits album. It appears many of you didnt warm to the idea of a greatest hits cd, but that aside it would still make for a great discussion as to what songs would make the ultimate Jimiroquai best of Cd.
So if you could pick the songs to make a Ultimate Jimiroquai album, what would they be?
Cheers, Viv |

Already a topic about it, but it's ok.
My list would have less from their previous records, and more new tracks. Jay said he doesn't want to give people a song twice, so maybe there will be probably more than the usual 2 new songs from the Greatest Hits.

I'm apposed to a Greatest Hits album as much as Jay is, but IF there is going to be one, it will probably contain all or most of the singles. But My "Ultimate" Album would be like this:
CD1
Virtual Instanity
Too Young To Die
Stillness In Time
You Give Me Something
Cosmic Girl
Seven Days In Sunny June
Scam
When You Gonna Learn
Planet Home
Little L
Starchild
Canned Heat
CD2
Space Cowboy
High Times
Dynamite
Main Vein
Emergency On Planet Earth
Just Another Story
Soul Education
Feels Just Like It Should
Alright
Music Of The Mind
Deeper Underground
Do It Like We Used To Do
DVD
Virtual Insanity (Video)
Space Cowboy (Video)
Seven Days In Sunny June (Video)
Canned Heat (Video)
Too Young To Die (Video)
Little L (Video)
Twenty Zero One (Live @ Verona)
Main Vein (Live @ Verona) _________________ "Drinkin' wine and killin' time, sittin' in the summer sun." |

it's easy:
1st. A DVD with all the video clips. (including the different versions of some of them)
2nd. a 2 cd set including:
When you gonna learn? (jk mix)
Too Young To Die (original or extended)
Blow your mind
Emergency on planet earth (album version)
The Kids (japanesse single edit)
Space Cowboy (stoned again)
Stillness in time (vinyl version)
Mr Moon
Just another story
Manifest destiny
Virtual insanity
Cosmic girl
Alright
High times (the "scratched" version)
Travelling without moving
Use the force
Deeper underground
Canned heat
Planet home
Soul education
Where do we go from here
King for a day
Little L
Love foolosophy
You give me something (commercial edit)
Corner of the earth
Dynamite (extended - the one included on the sample cd-r)
Seven days (extended - the one included on the sample cd-r)
Electric mistress
Don't give hate a chance
Starchild (including the ending of the instrumental version)
Time won't wait
3rd. 1 cd including:
· Midnight funk
· (the other track we know a little from the unreleased Synkronized)
· Brothers like you (in studio - if it exists)
· Shoot the moon
· Studio lyrical version of Slipin' n' slidin' (if it exists)
· Studio lyrical version of Wolf in sheep's clothing (if it exists - there is a rumour that it was the track called "Synkronized")
· 3 New tracks - and a few more we don't know
THIS WILLBE THE GREATEST HITS EVER RELEASED! (at least for me)

Hey viv, I just wanted to correct you: Little L, Corner of the earth, Main vein and Love Foolosophy aren't from TWM, but from AFO. From TWM I'd choose Virtual Insanity, Alright, High Times, Everyday and Travelling Without Moving |
