So Jay Is Half-Portuguese,Right? I heard that his father is of Portuguese origin, and I just want to confirm this. _________________ Just play my tune...

Yes that's right, his father, Luis Silveira, is Portuguese and his mother, Karen Kay, is English SAMANTHA
