Reply to "Jamiroquai-DVD and US-Problem"
CosmicBear (or anyone else),

Any word if Jamiroquai will be releasing the LIVE IN VERONA DVD to the United States? I came close to buying an area 2 DVD, and I'm glad I didn't. But if there is no DVD coming, what is to be done?

Not only are we missing out on the special deal in France (they're getting a free VHS of all the Jam videos with the purchase of the DVD) but unlike the rest of the world, there are no Jamiroquai DVDs over here, and it's looking more and more like none are coming. Does anyone know what SONY's doing?

We're starving.

SONY is stupid....they think the only music we like over here is Avril Lavigne and *NSYNC and the Rolling Stones. We've got a lot of people over here, and that means a lot of different music tastes.

Jamiroquai's plug tour got cancelled because of 9-11 (they were scheduled to play the Tonight Show on 9-12-01). It's a shame, but that's what happened. Everyone forgot about the U.S. and the band's focus is almost exclusively Australia these days.

Oh well.

P.S.~ I'm looking into buying a digeridoo.......any recommendations for a place to look?

A didgeridoo, hey? Smile
They're great fun 2 play!
My uncle used to have one and then he sold it (now i want it but i guess it's 2 late!)
i've actually been thinking about buying one myself but i thought the guitar 7electricguitar would be a great instrument to learn so now i'm playin' that.
I know the Australian Geographic Shops have some pretty good didgeridoos so i'm still looking around

do u play anything?

I play piano and trombone. I've found a website that seems to have a good selection and range of digeridoos, so I think that's probably my best bet. I've been working a little bit on circular breathing, and I was told a PVC Pipe is a good tool for that. I've seen a pipe modified for this purpose, but what exactly has to be done?

I guess we should return talking about the DVD, eh?

Cheers.

P.S.~check out the post I made about AUTOBIOGRAPHICAL SONGS.....I really want some response.
