One classic mistake/misprint is on the spine of the UK release of Space Cowboy. It says Space Comboy on an unknown amount of copies. |

i suppose it doesnt count as a spelling mistake per say, but the lyrics in the booklet for talulah on dynamite are almost completely different to what Jay sings! _________________

Well, maybe the typo landed there on purpose, because, obviously, flipping the letter 'W' upside-down makes it look like the letter 'M'. Maybe the decorational typo is related to the theme of the song (Think: Getting high).
The mater is met.
----
Also, is it just me, or do I keep spotting alota typos in the 'Dynamite' booklet? Also, the outer text ring on the Dynamite CD has a few typos... But they are more like punctuation mistakes...
Here it goes:
| Quote: |
| All rights reserved. All unauthorised. Copying. Reproduction. Hiring. Lending. Public Performance and Broadasting of the Recorded Work Prohibited. |
Since WHEN do you capitalize random words in a sentence, and since WHEN do you also capitalize words after a comma? And since WHEN do you use a '.' instead of a ','?
And here's also a one under the word 'Dynamite':
| Quote: |
| The copyright in this sound recording is owned by SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT (UK) LIMITED. |
Since when is there the word 'copyright' in the song/CD/recording? AFAIK, it's 'The copyright to this BLADABLADABLADA...', not THAT... But again, I'm not really sure, since English ain't my native language.
Also, is the rumor about the misprinted catalogue number in the Dynamite booklet true? |

First of all, Knjaz, those are commas around the edge of the CD, not full-stops. Nothing wrong with MOST of that - though I agree with you about the random capitalisation, and also that there shouldn't be either a comma OR a full stop after 'Unauthorised'.
There's nothing wrong with saying there's a 'copyright in the sound recording'.
And Jamilichid, 'per say' is a spelling mistake as well, you know. 'Per se' is what you mean.

About the comma/full stop thing, I think it's just the printing on the disc. The letters are so small, I can barely read them under the lighting of the room in which my computer is in.
And about the 'Copyright' thing, well, I think it's more logical to put 'to' instead of 'in', but if 'in' is correct, too, then I have nothing against that...
I wonder who typed up the booklet's text... The booklet is a big thing, since many fans buy the CD just because of it. Otherwise, they'd just download it via BitTorrent. |

Personally, I think they should give me the job of typing up the booklets! It'd do it very cheap, and a hell of a lot better than whoever's asked to do it at the moment...

I've found something else:
I'm sure it's spelled as 'Didgeridoo' - even Wikipedia confirms that! |

The back of my High Times single CD cover says 'keuboards' instead of 'keyboards'
In fact i just had another look and found that it says that on the actual CD as well.... have these people never heard of a spellchecker or the concept of proof-reading?

in the lyrics of my eope's booklet says:
-the consequence are so grave... instead of consequences
-moneys on the menu... instead of money's on the menu
-natures way... instead of nature's way
-when you gonna stop it going on?.... instead of when you gonna learn to stop it going on?
-in your madness - you've made my people cry... instead of in your madness, oh i wish i knew, you've made...
well in fact there are loads of mistakes in the lyrics, so i just pointed out a few... |
