The 48th Annual GRAMMY Awards will be held on Wednesday 8 February at Staples Center in Los Angeles.
In February 1998, Jamiroquai won a GRAMMY for "Best Pop Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocal" with the track Virtual Insanity. |

 Hello,
 This is a pleasant surprise, congrats to Jami for this unexpected nod from the "Always almost mart, but still stupid Grammy committee" . Still, will JK & company be "in towne" in LA around Feb. 2006 to pick this Grammy up? Or will they just send some "Sony/BMG" crony up on stage to accept it on their behalf OR have celebrity presenter Bo Bice accept it for them? AHHH!!! NOT BO BICE!!! Hehe! Sorry, well, I have pretty seen all the nominee's videos, in most situations by accident, and Jamiroquai pretty much have the best video of the lot. Good luck to them nonetheless ! Peace!

Hello Jamirotalkers,
I gotta say, I'm very happy that the band is again nominated for the Grammy Awards, the most important music award apparently. I'm surprised it wasn't nominated as best Dance album... I mean 'Pallokaville' is there!  It is not such a great album, to be nominated... 'Dynamite' deserved that!
Anyways, great news, I'm pleased. Hope they win!

sounds like an award that they won't telecast on television. like it'll just show who won on the way to a commercial or something.
