Did Stuart Zender appear in the studio recording of Deeper Underground?

I was going through some of my VCDs and found an old TOTP show that Zender appeared on and they were playing Deeper Underground. It remember that was pointed out that on TOTP only the vocals are live and a back track is playing for the band, just curious. Thanks

It's a hidden track on the UK version of Synkronized, rather than an album track per se, because it was released a year before Synkronized for the Godzilla soundtrack. In other words BEFORE ZENDER LEFT THE BAND.

So, yeah, of course he plays on it. When I get back to my parents' house for the summer (a week tomorrow), I'll find my singles and get the writing credits for you.

in the european album version it is also a hidden track (it doesn't appears on the credits or tracklist althoug in the cover haves a sticker where it says it contains the bonus track deeper underground)
i also have the 2 parts uk single and of course are the credits of the song:
written by kay/smith, enginered by al stone etc....
but not musician credits (derrick, stu, sola, simon etc)
