Jay Kay's speed machine: his caravan
Time was when Jay Kay would have braved trenchfoot at Glastonbury. Forced to choose between music and cars, however, the feline rocker opted to spend his weekend in the more civilised environs of the Earl of March's Goodwood estate, mixing with tweed jackets and motorheads at the Festival of Speed.
An organiser tells me the Jamiroquai singer made provisions for romantic camping: "We sent him a ticket, which allowed him to stay here in his campervan for the weekend. I believe he used it."
Not as grotty as it may sound: Jay Kay's fleet of vehicles - Aston Martin, Bentley, four Ferraris, Mercs, Lamborghinis - includes a £46,000 motorhome, replete with multi-jet shower, sunroof, ambient lighting and minibar. Whereas the festival's star, Lewis Hamilton, sport's hottest property, stayed at his parents' house.

I saw some of the races on TV - and it didn't look like camping weather   It was raining like hell! In Jay's luxurious camper it shouldn't be a problem I suppose 
Taking about speed - I wonder what Jay thinks about the new British formular 1 superstar Lewis Hamilton. This guy is really cool and cute 
I bet Jay will go to France next weekend  |

Well, I have a fear of being in fast speed cars, motorcycles and all that - so I wouldn't want to drive an F1 car. Secondly, I don't know much about them. Are they built differently?
If they just have a pedal, key and steering wheel....I think I could figure it out

Well you probably wouldn't know how to drive them-at least half of my male friends blow it up so much that it sounds like even the F1 drivers themselves can't drive them properly

word! didnt' realize they were so complicated. i'm not into cars or racing and no one that i speak to on the regular is, so i had no clue!
