Jamiroquai influenced music?
Have any of you heard the new song by Justin Timberlake? It has alot of Jamiroquai influenced elements especially the phat bass lines and wicked drum beats. Takes me back to the days of Stuart Zender. And I think if Jay Kay sang the song it would be so much better.

I was kind of thinking about that, too. I don't know which song you're refering to, but I've noticed some of the videos are jamiroquaiesque. After all, he's wearing a hat like Jay, and he's dancing like a mix between Jay and Michael Jackson, and some of the special effects seem like something in a Jam video (like Cry Me a River, when he's jumping all around the room and sliding around on the counter).

Anyway, I'm not a huge Justin Timberlake fan (considering how poppy it is), but I kind of enjoy watching the video, and I'm only partially ashamed to admit it.

Cheers.

Which one are you talking about? Rock your body? I don't really like justin timberlake, but there's something about his songs that draws me to them.. I've only seen a little bit of the "like I love you" video, and justin does look like he's trying to be michael jackson or jay or someone like that. But I doubt that he knows Jamiroquai, although he was at the Brit awards, so maybe he ran into him or something? I don't know..

Preppy
I am not a fan or Justin timberlake. I think that he is incredibly overrated and his 'cry me ariver' kind of reminds me of 'space cowboy' when jay hits that high note on 'somebody who i can rely on'

Jay Kay, your so fine ur so fine u blow my mind her jay kay! outtahere

Confused I don´t like his music, but yes, I thougt the same when I sow cry me a river (that he dances between JK and M. Jackson). Anyway, I don´t think He´s coping Jay Kay. Justin said that one of his idols was Michael Jackson. Easy pop... Rolling Eyes
