PODCAST: An Evening With Jamiroquai
Podcasts are my new thing, especially the free ones
I wanted to spread the word about a Podcast out of the States, whose latest edition is called: An Evening with Jamiroquai. I am just downloading it, so I don't know how the mixes and blends between songs sounds quite yet.
It's all remixes, mainly the ones the DJ digs and ones I know we all have. I wanted to show some love to and support them, since they are showing love to Jamiroquai. You can subscribe to the podcasts by following the directions on the lower right. Take a look at their other stuff and see if you dig it. As far as I know, it's free!!

(Don't) Give Hate A Chance (Steve Mac Classic Remix Radio Edit)
You Give Me Something (Full Intention Club Mix)
Canned Heat (MAW Mix)
Supersonic (Pete Heller - The Love Mix)
Cosmic Girl (Quasar Mix)
Feels So Good (Knee Deep Remix)
Love Foolosophy (Steve Mac get down edit)
Emergency on Planet Earth (London Rican Mix)
Light Years (To Da Floor Mix)
Seven Days In Sunny June (Steve Mac Remix Radio Edit)
Mixed & compiled by REEHEE at Black Court Studio. Thanks to: family, friends, and all you people out there downloading our stuff. You make me enjoy music even more!
"OK, one band that has affected my life the most, in a musical sense, is JAMIROQUAI. I’ve been a super fan of Jay Kay since my first record store job at Kemp Mill Music in Fairfax, VA, back in ’96 when I first heard "When You Gonna Learn," their 12" release on the Acid Jazz label. Ever since then, I’ve never stopped digging on the Space Cowboy’s innovative grooves. So after 6 albums, 10 years of collecting just about anything that Jamiroquai releases, and countless 12" remixes later, I thought it was time to do a mix worthy of Jamiroquai’s timeless sound and amazing career. May your soul be cleansed in this good vibe zone." |

How in the hell does Steve Mac get on all these friggin' comps? Am I the only one who thinks his remixes are crap? Whatever...I'll still download, I suppose _________________ "...I feel that Jamiroquai needs to be taken to another stage now. It really does. (Looks at at new picture avator of Mr. Moon and thinks to self, "Why can't I look this manly when I grow a goatee' ?")
Hello,
Great podcast, much like your sister Deesh, I am a big fan of the new field of podcast, and this is a STELLAR one, thanks for pointing this one ! By the way, could some audio upconversion expert fan please convert this podcast to MP3 for me? I want to put this on a data CD for friend, any help is much appreciated! Massive tips of the hat to ReeHee for compiling this great Jami podcast for their support of Jamiroquai, you do Jamiroquai fans proud ! Later!
Sincerely,
JamiroFan2000
P.S. Don't you guys think JK and the boys should do a podcast series based on the musical history of Jamiroquai to run up to the GH release date? I think either JK or Derrick would make a great host ! _________________

Hey i actually thought i looked less manly than i normally do in the pic
Anyways, i have only just started getting into the whole 'podcast' thing. And i have to say, at the moment i am hooked. Like Deesh said, the free ones are the best
I subscribe to a couple of Formula 1 podcasts and one of my favourites is this one where 2 American guys (who are just normally old fans) just chat randomly about each race. Its great!
Anyway back on topic |
