High Times - Japan release with Bonus DVD
Hi to all,
This info came into my hands like a BOMB ! The forthcoming release of the Greatest Hits will have 2 editions has we must be used to by now!
One edition will come with the normal CD, and a second edition planned to be released for the same time, will have a DVD as a bonus disc. According to the advanced information, the DVD will include 10 songs choosen by the band or Sony, none told which 10 will it be!
So people, the rumours of a DVD coming out are true! We're gonna have a new DVD, but probably it will include just 2 tracks live and the others are from songs music videos.
Let's wait and pray....

I wonder if its difrent song on the dvd then the dvd?
Hope there will be some live track so people can se them when they are best.
Wich ten live tracks would you choose?
Hmm its hard to decide.
I hope it will be from all eras.

Why do the Japanese fans always get the good stuff?
I'm thankful to have a connection there to help me pick this one up. Sounds like a really nice release. I really hope this is true.
But on the other hand... it's a shame Sony won't bless fans in other parts of the world with the same type of release. Making it limited in one country only really is a shameful thing to do if you ask me. Hardcore collectors/fans like me will get it some way or another, but a lot of other fans will miss out on something they've wanted for a very long time. A DVD with the music videos of X amount of songs would sell well in any part of the world where Jamiroquai is known and liked.

There should be this 2 releases worldwide; I suppose that probably USA and England will receive the 2 releases... so this would become easier to get... at least less expensive for most of us

I rather doubt it, we NEVER get the stuff the Japanese get. UK releases normally have an extra 'bonus' track (Funktion or DYKWYCF on TWM, DU on Synk, TWW on Dynamite) but never anything REALLY good like this. And the annoying thing is that shops here are absolutely shit at getting imports in as well.
At least we're the same region as Japan, though, so if I can afford the postage I can order it off Ebay or something!
