Then someone would just make the counterfeiters' jobs easier. |

Greetings!
I have also been desperately searching for this Test Pressing of A Funk Odyssey for over a year now. If anyone reads this that has it, please pm me or link me to its availability. I would be forever grateful. Thanks in advance!! |

Hi everybody, I'm also searching for the test press so if someone can make me happy, I'll be gratefull forever.
Is there only a test press from AFO or are there more test presses available? |

Hello,
For future inquires about this rare item, yes, there are 2 known Jami Test Pressings that exist . The 2001 A Funk Odyssey UK test pressing with alternate versions of "Picture Of My Life"/"Black Crow" & Extended Versions of "Twenty Zero One"/"You Give Me Something"/"Stop Don't Panic"/"Feels So Good", a fade-in version of "Do It Like We Used Too", an instrumental for "Main Vein" and 3 small interludes (Interlude 2#, with JK playing around with a vocalizer, and in turn, would become the bassline inspiration for future single Dynamite "Feels Just Like It Should"). The 2nd and "Never has been found to submit a proper fan confirmation" test pressing was for "Synkronized", and the main rumour that floated around for that one was a supposed extended version of "Soul Education". Hope that info helps you out, cheerio !
Sincerely,

Yes thank you. I'm still very anxious how the AFO test pressing is, because of the good comments on it. Still hope to find it somewhere. |

Seconded.
@Mz: I hope someone that has access to it can help us both out.
I heard about the Synkronized one but that's that's even -more- rare than AFO. At any rate, it would be interesting to get the tracks that were originally written for the album when Stuart Zender was still the bassist and before they scrapped it. Of course, I wouldn't trade King For A Day for much of anything, but just to hear what other material they came up with for the album would definitely blow.my.mind.
Anyways, thanks to anyone in advance who sheds some light on the AFO test pressing and any other kool infos like JamiroFan2000 posted! |

AFO test pressing
Hopefully this doesn't fall on deaf ears, and sorry to ask since it happens a lot, but could someone send me the test pressing version because I would love to hear it. I've tried searching for this for months and I'm starting to go insane...
Thanks for letting me vent... _________________

For AFO test pressing, you can find it in this link
(and way more)
*edit - funkydonkey* Link removed - The AFO test pressing cannot be shared due to copyright restictions, it's Sony property material |
