Montreux Jam Set NOW ONLINE!!!!
Hello, :bm_r:
Yes, I'm still getting over the Christmas holiday, takes me a while to get over it ! Anyhoo, if you thought Geuze was generous in sharing the Pori Jazz Fest MP3s, think again! I just read at the Funkin Site that a fan Tim Page is sharing his audience recording of Jam's awesome Montreux Jazz Fest set at his website in MP3! Here's a link to the stuff:
http://www.timpage.tv (links to audio files can be found by moving
the mouse pointer over the "setlist")
Enjoy the mp3s, I think they sound pretty good for a fan recording ! I would also like to thank Tim Page for sharing these jams, really nice to see fans helping out fans ! Peace and take care!
Sincerely,
JamiroFan2000

The link does work
Hello again, :bm_r:
Well, the link does work for me, Evov, but I think there's a simple reason why you can't access the site. I'm expecting the site is getting overwhelmed by lots of users trying to download the MP3s, so sometimes during these peak periods you might not be able to access the page. If you can't connect to the site URL, wait a while, then try again, I'm sure you will be able to go there soon . Hope that info helps you out, Evov, enjoy the MP3s when you can download them! Peace!
Sincerely,
JamiroFan2000 |

The Montreaux show, was kindly released by Tim Page 3 years ago. I think you can understand why he didn't kept the files on his webserver for so much time.
On the mean time, there aren't any rival sites, at least in the Jamiroquai scene, and that i'm aware of. Simply there are sites that try to help each other at any level.
The Frenchiroquai, had to close a few years ago, and once more, you must understand that the material posted on it's webserver had to be removed as well.
Stay tuned...!
See ya soon.

I took this photo whilst in Montreux at the weekend - the famous Auditorium Stravinski, where the unforgettable STM was performed.
What a trip down memory lane that was!!!!!
