(subliminal)publicity on use the force at bbc jazz cafe gig?
i seen the highlights video of bbc gig hundred of times and definitely use the force haves different structure in the editing,all of it is zoomed shots...but...did you noticed what they focus again and again??
jay's watch, jay's other hands metal thingy (i dont know the word), and jays throusers. it's not just by luck, it's in purpose.
also jay puts his hands in his face or hat more times that in any other song, so this makes me think it was planned. he also says in this song that this is bbc 1 extra and that stuff.....
so maybe there was this in the contract for the gig?

Well he has to mention which radio station it's broadcast on, of course. That's not publicity, it's just for those who are 'channel surfing' and want to know what they've come across. Listen to any radio show and they'll mention the name of the station at least once every half hour or so.
As for the other stuff... I doubt it. The Beeb has a very, very strict no-advertising policy (INSIDE the UK - I know BBC World carries adverts) because they're funded by public money. Put it this way - I certainly didn't notice any logos. I also noticed they focussed on you lot in the crowd once or twice, though... are you suggesting you're all for sale?

hahaha, well we are not on sale, but definitely jay's stuff is.
and it's only in that songs where happens everything, just look at the vid of that clip and you will see that there are LOTS of takes just of the watch...
