I was really baffled when I read this comment. Janluka, would you please stop this kind of "approach"! This is completely inappropriate and out of tune! Sandra is a valued member of the community and she is working hard for this community, even if you can see only the tip of the iceberg from her work.

Repeated use of "I" is not a sign of egocentrism, but at most a sign of simple construction of a sentence - at least for someone whose mother language is not English. If you want to give Sandra private lessons in English language or if you think you are a crack in communication and could teach Sandra how to improve her writing, feel free to contact her via PM. But please, keep the forum free from subtle - or in this case direct - blames.

..firstly, i'm not a teacher, then, i'm an italian, sandra is austrian and you are german. So nobody here can speak about languages. ..and try to think that here some people wants to read ONLY they want. And, obviously, understanding ONLY what they want. So, Funkmaster, probably my "approach" was not so happy, but i don't think this kind of "defence-system-against-unhappy-approach" is equally used in this Forum.. and it's strange nobody here told me anything before you. And there are so many 'valued members' of the community. Or that was a so less important thing that nobody interested. As u may see, sorry, but you confirmed that there are 'people' and 'People'. Well, Gonza thought you are kidding and I guess the others simply did not understand what you are aiming at, at all.

Absolutely agree with Inaki! Actually I have to admit that I don't really understand what it is all about, Janluka. At my first reading I also thought it must have been a joke because I couldn't imagine that you really blame Sandra for using too many I's in her post, or in other words - that she is not thinking community-wise. But when I saw your reaction to Gonza's post it seemed that it was not a joke... still I don't get it. You mean, Sandra is just thinking of her own? Sandra was one of the few persons who was running the forum during my absense - she was keeping the order when the forum kinda exploded with new topics about Jazz Café and moved topics to the right place, merged them, updated the topics with news and collected all available downloadlinks in one message to make it easier for the community. She is saying "thank you" to everyone who contributes and she underlines the community-idea everytime she can... so I really thought it was an ironic statement from you Janluka. I am really confused. And I am not saying this because Sandra is in the team or one of my friends... I always react and step into the breach when I see someone being treated unreasonably here at jamirotalk. So, what do you mean with your statement that in this forum people are not treated equally? I'd just like to understand this because I don't like it if unjustified reproaches keep hanging in the air. maybe i just should rewrite this sentences for better understanding...

u know when i got the dvd torrent i downloaded the gig immediately and was so excited seeing it on my pc.... 5computer

of course i wanted to see it on the tv ... i stayed up until 2 am..but got the error message again and again " the burning process couldn´t be finished successfully"
i slightly started to loose my nerves but kept trying 2banghead

next day in the morning i started another try burning it on dvd...and.... Very Happy

it worked..we only have one dvd player in our cellar ...i went downstairs and was dancing whole afternoon to this amazing gig stoned

the only problem was that i changed some options in the nero programm ..."no menu, no chapters"..so it´s not able to select a particular song. after spending so much time on trying to burn it i just was happy with the result i got..i don´t worry about it that i can´t select the songs...because i listen and watch the gig from beginning to end always...

that´s what i wanted to express briefly in my post

first of all: this is 100% true. sandra is always bringing positive things to this community
second: i dont understand why u said that Janlu.. i just dont know what u wanted to mean Rolling Eyes
