I was looking for it too, recently. I got a new computer, and I don't have it on my new one. Wish I could help you out, I'm waiting too. |

Cannablisss? I got two version of the song, live at Osaka dome and Budokan, I think they're the versions exist. I don't remember if cannabliss was included in some boot from 2002 tour, I'll need to see. If you want, contact me by MSN & I can give you that

Cannablisssssss...
Hello, :bm_b:
Ah yes, Cannabliss, you are correct Gonna_Dance, there are only two live versions of "Cannabliss" that exist, the Budakon & Osaka Dome Live version recordings. The any other new song that was performed at those gigs, maybe a couple more times was "A Funk Odyssey", for some reason, Jam didn't perform "Cannabliss" during the Aussie leg of that tour . "Cannabliss" pretty is my favorite of the new batch of Jamiroquai songs.... well, three new songs may not be thought of as a "Batch"..but I couldn't think a more proper word..hehe. Hope that info helps you out, take care all, Peace!
Sincerely,
JamiroFan2000
P.S. Sorry, Spanish Kosmik Girl, I can't think of any places you can download the live "Cannabliss"...BUT you can download the live performance of one of the other new songs "A Funk Odyssey" at http://www.jamirolive.cjb.net, click on "Audio", then "A Funk Odyssey MP3", hope that helps ! |

Mmmhm...Another version of the song was performed in Sydney 2002 and I think it was played in all the Australian Tour 2002. Anyway, this performance is available in the New Odyssey boot, gave out free by frenchiroquai.com last year, I hope you downloaded that

Have no fear, my fellow jamiroquai fanatics. If my memory serves me correctly, the updated release date for album six is spring of 2004. If we cannot find a recording of Cannabliss, the album is less than six months away (not a year, like the earlier predictions). I can wait for a studio recording....I'm pulling for that chill section soooooooo badly.
HERE'S A QUESTION FOR ALL OF YOU: (maybe this should be a poll question).
WILL THE NEXT ALBUM BE NAMED AFTER A SONG, OR WILL IT HAVE A TITLE THAT SUMS UP THE FEEL OF THE ALBUM?
i.e.
EOPE, ROTSC, TWOM - all named for songs on the album
Synkronized, AFO - not the name of any song.
based on the trend, I would say there won't be a song with the same name as the album. HOWEVER, if Jay is reverting to an older sound, he may well revert to his old style of naming albums.
What do you think? |

Good question Freddie - I bet that they don't name it after a song - but that's just my feeling. And they won't name it Canabliss if they want to sell it in the US - just think of the Space Cowboy video where they had to change the Canabis leaves into daisies
You're right - spring 2004 isn't far away And then they can do a Summer Tour in Europe Okay okay they can also go to Australia and America if there is time left

Good Question!!
Hello again, :bm_r:
Dang...you come up with all good questions Freddie! I agree with Butterfly, that is a good question, I don't if it was said ( I. E. "Recording the album in the States") to stur the pot of American fans who's minds have been occupyed with Justin Timberlake OR he really wants to make it a second time BIG in the U.S. market. I don't know if recording the album in the U.S. would be a negative or a positive for the sound of the album, just nice to see him suck in his guts, show some courage, and step back on U.S. soil. Still, wish him and the band all the luck in the world on the new album, just hope the old sound is somewhere in the round disc. Thanks for listening and U.S. fans, pick up the new Jami "LateNightTales" compilation CD, it rocks, it is OUT NOW!!! Peace!
Sincerely,
JamiroFan2000

I think that the name will be one of the album´s tunes.
But what about the front picture? Will we see the buffaloman or one of JK like in AFO?
I prefer the buffaloman. |
