Jamily cooking
Maybe a unsuspected question from a guy but I was curious for your favorite meal/recipe
I'll do a lot for a good Wiener Schnitzel (in restaurants with pommes frites and something healthy ) but at home with whatever I like (mostly potatoes and vegetables).
recipe is actually quit simple.
take a veal cutlet (the schnitzel)
give it a good pounding
throw on some spices and herbes (salt & pepper for instance)
throw on some flower
dip it in a scrambled egg
throw on breadcumbs (I don't know how it's called in English)
and bake it quickly in more then enough butter/oil or fry it.
when done add a slice of citron
et voila
Well let me hear your favorite meals/recipes
ps oh and Sandra, as Östereicher, if you have any tips on improving this one then feel free to do so

Sandra, is that not something typical from Austria ????
Be careful, as Does likes it so much, someday he might appear at your door !!!!! _________________ www.thisispeggy.com

Very interesting thread Renè
mmmmm, what can i say? Livin in Italy, i have a long and well good tradition with recipes!
My grandmother first and then my mum taught me to cook since i was a child.
I love every kind of food and cookin is one of my lil passions.
here we go: im proud to say that i'm very good in RISOTTO!
I think all of u know this Italian recipe, especially that one made with mushrooms, zafferano and aubergines.
Then, i like LINGUINE with scampi and courgettes: its recipe s very simple: fry the mirepoix in oil, add the scampi shells wet with the wine and evaporate. Add the tomato sauce and cook for 30 minutes, then pass the sauce. Fry the chopped onion, add the shelled scampi wet with the wine and evaporate, add the sauce. Boil the pasta when 1/2 cooked, add the courgettes, drain mix with the sauce, add the diced tomatoes and chopped parsley. _________________
