Best Jam Track to Start a Gig
I thought this section needed a new topic and a gig needs to start well, what do you think is the best track to start a gig. I have chosen the opening tracks from tours dating back from EOPE.
My personal favourite way to start a gig is a damn good version of Revolution either from TROTSC or TWM era
sorry if its a little confusing, i'm trying to watch Hollyoaks while typing this lol |

my vote goes to 2001
warming the crowd up with a rocky song!
canned heat is a very good track too but 2001 has a better beginning to start a concert _________________ maxud braucht funk food denn dann bleibt maxud maxud

I know that this topic is old, but not a lot seems to happen in this section of jamirotalk, so I thought I'd post a comment anyway. Anyway, I like brothers like you, it just has a kind of funky edge to it that revolution never had for me. It works well as an opener for club citta '93. _________________ Bass to jazz.... j-j-j-jazz to bass... |

I am not a fan of the electronic 'A Funk Odyssey' period of the band, specially the tour of that album which was the worse in my opinion.
But 'Twenty Zero One' and its live versions (specially the 'Dynamite Tour' one) works very well on stage, and as an opener even better. A strong opening, from the poll options, for me is Twenty Zero One.

I think TZO is fantastic for star a concert (like in the AFO tour 2002) but I love to CH _________________ Planet Home is blue and green |
