Found this German article today in Prestige Cars Magazine/Hamburg
Jamiroquai: Lobeslied auf den Maserati Quattroporte
Während sein Studio renoviert wird, nimmt sich Jay Kay, der Sänger und Bandleader von Jamiroquai, eine Auszeit und geht seiner Leidenschaft nach: Autos. Schnelle Autos. Dazu gehört auch der Maserati Quattroporte Sport GT, den er sich für die Fahrt ausgesucht hat. „Ich weiß nicht, was es ist“, sagt er beim Starten des Fahrzeugs und grinst, als der sonore Motorenklang des V8 ertönt. „Aber italienische Sportwagen üben auf mich einen enormen Reiz aus. Wenn man drin sitzt und sich umschaut, denkt man, das Leben kann so schlecht nicht sein. Einen Maserati zu fahren muntert mich auf. Es hilft, sich an einem schlechten Tag besser zu fühlen.“
Jay Kay nutzt die Umbauarbeiten seines Studios für eine Fahrt im Maserati Quattroporte. Nach Abschluss der Renovierungsarbeiten will er dort neue Texte schreiben und ein paar Songs aufnehmen.
„Dieser Maserati ist schon herrlich“, schwärmt er bei einer Kaffeepause. „Ein Gentleman-Fahrzeug mit einem Rassepferd unter der Haube, das nur darauf wartet, raus zu kommen. Der Quattroporte ist ein extrem stilvolles Fahrzeug, für mich schöner und exklusiver als ein Bentley Continental GT oder ein Aston Martin. Wenn Du als Geschäftsmann ein Auto mit Stil und Historie suchst, dann kannst Du mit einem Maserati Quattroporte nichts falsch machen“, sagt er, lässt seinen Kaffee stehen und gibt Gas.
Warum die Begeisterung für Maserati so extrem und nicht zu Gunsten der „Heimmarken“ des gebürtigen Briten ausfällt, wird irgendwie trotzdem Jay Kays Geheimnis bleiben…

Why his enthusiasm for the Maserati is so extreme and not for the home made UK cars, will stay Jay Kay’s secret.

jayson, you're damn right
the new maserati quattroporte is one of the best new sport cars...and DONT FORGET THAT IS LIKE A FERRARI WITH 4 DOORS because ferrari is now the maserati owner and they have the profit to make them better...if people want info about this car, watch this thread soon
will be full of maserati gifts
