FUNKIN T-SHIRT ON EBAY
Hi everyone, here's some info about a JMQ article on Ebay from Funkin.com...
Back in November following the Capital Radio gig at London's Mean Fiddler venue the news item posted here at funkin said that a funkin.com t-shirt was thrown on stage during the show!
Well, it turns out that the t-shirt was retrieved and signed by Jay before he left the stage that night and has now been listed on eBay (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=190126136202) to help raise money for the Macillan Cancer Support charity (http://www.macmillan.org.uk/).
Thanks to: Funkin.com

Another Charity Auction
Inkeeping with the last auction on ebay..
another item is listed to raise money for http://www.macmillan.org.uk/
- info http://www.funkin.com/news/?id=3687
this time an Emergency on Planet Earth Cd insert - signed by Jay Kay & Stu Zender
The cd insert was signed first by Jay Kay at the Jazz Cafe, Electric proms on 25th Oct 2006 with help from Inaki(jamirokaki) and then last month at a Mark Ronson gig in Portsmouth by Stu Zender. The combination of these 2 signatures on that debut album from over 15 years ago make it very highly collectable indeed.
here is the listing on ebay: - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=270186650136&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT&ih=017
All proceeds from this charity auction to go to Macmillan at the end of the listing.
thanks to Jan(Msp) for this generous donation. _________________

Not long too go now folks, only 6 hours!
Remember it's for a good cause.
Also i have just had a message - questioning whether the insert is genuine or not?
It was from this member - http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/ifilikeitidoit&ssPageName=ADME:X:AAQ:GB:1181
now i really do hope this is not guess who as it really would be in very very poor taste. So if you are reading - please do not bid if you are not serious about paying.
thanks & good luck! _________________

Lovely piece of work MsP, and thanks to Russ too.
That's quite a bit of dosh that you raised by selflessly donating prize Jamiroquai memorabilia - that's impressively noble Jan !!!
Makes the rest of yourJamiroquai collectibles have all that more value, and the gain is more than the loss, and MacMillian benefitting is just the best thing ever.
Well done. _________________ Jamily to the bone !!!
