JK Motorbike, and 2003 Tour name: Official site e-mail
Hello everyone, :bm_b:
If any JamiroTalkers are wondering (Only me usually!), I've gotten over my 3rd cold of 2003, those Halls throat lozenges are so amazing! Anyhoo, I was VERY surprised to find a e-mail from the Official Site (Which hasn't been updated as of late!), with Jamiroquai news concerning JK road testing his newly given-away Rizla-Suzuki GSX-R600 & the name of what the Jami-Fest tour will be called. Here's a cut N paste of the e-mail I received today:
*Beginning of e-mail*
Jay passed his motorbike test last week and is now looking forward to
getting on board his new Rizla Suzuki GSX-R600 which has been kindly
provided to him by the Rizla-Suzuki superbike team -
http://www.rizla-suzuki.co.uk/. Jay's enthusiasm for bikes is taking
him
to the Brands Hatch Grand Prix this weekend for round 6 of the British
Superbike Championship.
Jay's love of all things fast took him to Le Mans last weekend where he
enjoyed driving his Audi RS 6 quattro (the only one in the world to be
made in Jamiroquai purple). Jay loved driving the RS 6 quattro which
boasts 450bhp and a twin-turbocharged engine. If you would like to win
an
Audi Sport UK Le Mans 2003 T shirt signed by Jay, keep your eyes posted
on
our website for competition news.
Whilst in Le Mans Jamiroquai performed for the Audi Gig leg of their
Midnight Sun Tour, with a crowd of 35,000 people. The gig was a great
success. Other dates of the Midnight Sun Tour are now on the web site
in
the J.TOUR section.
You have received this email because you have previously joined the
Official Jamiroquai mailing list.

*End of e-mail*
"Midnight Sun Tour"...Hmmm, cool tour name! Good to see something actually alive at the Official Site, hopefully more news will come soon! I'm also surprised they didn't mention the Private Gigs, oh well, go to hear something. Thanks for listening, have a nice weekend and take care! Peace!
Sincerely,
JamiroFan2000

Hey
Hola Marianita! I am Jan's friend Missy from Canada. So nice to meet you. How did you enjoy Brands Hatch with Jan? She told me about it and it sounded like fun! I wish I was there! |
