I found another photo of Jay...
Here's what the guy wrote about Jay on his blog...
There are some mighty fine cars – look out for our story any minute – and I think I agree with the judges that Jay Kay’s Maserati was the nicest car. Funnily enough when Jay Kay goes up to collect his prize my dad (who is not as in touch with yoof culture as he might be) says – in a loud voice – “Who is he?” just as the man walks by. I whisper delicately “pop star” in response. He gave me a nice photo on his way back through the throng.

Here's a small article about Jay at the event...
Jay Kay's pride and joy
Jay Kay is almost as well-known for his love of fast cars as he is for his music, so it's no wonder the singer felt like celebrating when one of his many motors won a prize at the Salon Prive event.
The Jamiroquai star's rare Maserati won the overall concorde d'elegance award at the three day celebration of luxury cars at London's exlcusive Hurlingham Club, also attended by petrol-head model Jodie Kidd.
The car is one of just two in the world.

Here's another article I found...
Jay Kay’s Maserati wins Salon Privé Concours d’Elégance
Maserati stole the show at last week’s Salon Privé, the luxury super car show held for the second year at the exclusive Hurlingham Club in London. Among the modern supercars, the new Maserati GranTurismo, displayed alongside two Maserati Quattroportes, created a lot of excitement, while Jay Kay’s stunning Black Maserati A6 G54 won the overall Grand Prix in the Concours d’Elégance, as well as the prize for best GT.
Speaking after the awards, Jay Kay said “I don’t feel like I deserve this. I didn’t make it, Pietro Frua designed it and Maserati made it – I just drive the pretty girl!”
He was awarded his prizes by Concours Head Judge and renowned racing driver, Alain de Cadenet and supermodel Jodie Kidd.
Over £70,000 was pledged during the course of the event to the nominated charities, Tommy’s, Dreamchasing, Great Ormond Street Hospital and Cancer Research UK.
Organisers Andrew and David Bagley commented, “We were delighted with many aspects of Salon Privé this year, however not wanting to rest on our laurels, next year will see a wider variety of super and luxury cars, a much bigger Concours d’Elégance, a fuller display of top-end luxury brands, not to mention the very finest in super yachts and motor yachts. If this year’s guests thought Salon Privé was a truly unique experience, all we can say is, wait until next year. Our charity aims are to raise over £100,000 for the supported charities next year.”

Hello "Mr. Az",
Tt is not so difficult to find information on the Maseratis built by Pietro Frua. Just type in 'Frua Maserati' at Google and you will find my website on the first place.
There have been 4 cars of this design built, 2 of them are known to be still in existence: #2103 and #2114. Jay Kay's car is chassis no. 2114:
http://www.pietro-frua.de/1954_maserati.htm#2114
He bought it on 17th December 2003 via the broker Broker Maxted-Page & Baxter Ltd from the previous owner Andrew Q. S. Green who financed the restoration in the years 2000-2002.
Best regards,
Stefan Dierkes
