Daniel, that's the "stress" at festivals... you have to be there when the gates open, then you can run to the front row. When you are in a group you can leave your place when you need to go to the toilet or get something to drink.. so they can keep your place. But take good care of your place, because the people in the rows behind will be happy to move forward when you give them the chance.
My experience is: front row is the best place to be in a concert!! It's worth all the wait.. but it's also exhausting, but you are young and strong and when you have the jamily around you the time will fly!!

sorry, correction... actually you have to be there even BEFORE the gates open, otherwise the queue might be too long to get to the front... _________________ ~ I look up to Heaven, every star I see is mine.

i'll be taking my mic to both this gig & Porto if there is enough space on the player, so i will pop it at the front hopefully to minimise croud noise.
remind to wipe it before i go. _________________

cool - were covered!!
although mine is only 30GB
i may need to get a 2Gb memory stick to do movies on my Sony camera.
Can I upload them on your PC Victor so i can wipe it clean for Porto the next day??
will need much more with Morcheeba & BNH. _________________
