I'm going to see this. Cool I'm running away from a big Finnish midsummer festival held in my hometown to go and explore Krakow. And to sum it up, to see the band of course. Very interesting venue, this is part of an old wreaths-tradition. And according the last years' images, the stage will be on one side of the river Vistula and the audience on the other side! So.. no intimate touch with the band to be experienced... Rolling Eyes Some might say a strange idea, but it seems the floating of the wreaths is the main deal here. Wink Hopefully they will perfom some new songs... interesting anyhow..

While waiting for the festival site to open, here's some brief info:

Shocked ... ugh!! You could place doubles on the stage with playback and probably nobody could "see" the difference... this doesn't make sense. I am sorry for those who are planning to go to that gig. Confused

No, sadly it isn't - but it's the festival layout. In this festival's case, the Wisla river and the wreaths placed on it, are far more symbolic than the gigs. Am sure it will be a vibrant atmosphere for sure, because Krakow is a beautiful and vibrant town Very Happy

(Am not going to this festival, but I will be in Krakow 2 weeks before then for a family holiday).

Have fun to those who are going Very Happy

If I'm going to a gig, I like to make the front row instead of heavily staring from the 100th row...
