Not yet. Since they reschedule it on that day, the broadcast stated on the TV webpage, didn't had any effect.
Till the moment, no audio or video, were posted anywhere.
Let's wait a little further and see what might come out. _________________

I know this is far too late but hey, cut a guy some slack.
Porto - the_doesman's story :
Man, what have I done going all the way to Porto for a BNH - Jami gig - I must be crazy. Luckily I had good company in the lovely Peggy. It was one of the few free weekends I had so I just had to go
Getting up early to catch the train from Zwolle to Brussels Airport, meeting Peggy there and Boarding a plane to Madrid where we would make a stopover and then continue to Porto. So far the weather was good but once we got closer to Porto it started to rain and it didn't bode well for the night of the gig. Anyway we arrived around 9 in Porto en got on to find our place to stay which was pretty neat. Had a good night sleep and go on the sightseeing tour before we would meet up with Tiago, Pedro, Fred and the girls. Needless to say they were very nice and Tiago even offered to bring us all to the place where they would perform - he's nuts but then in a very good way.
After a short stopover in Lorraine's hotel we managed to get there and could start enjoying meeting up old aquintaces like Janluka and Mojo and meeting new ones. The festival started with the Heavies. It was a good show and very strange to see them during the daylight or the sunshine. They were followed by other performers - as far as I remember the Portugese band Clã, Morcheeba and that really stupid Paolo Nuttini - before we would be able to enjoy Jami.
Jami's performance was alright, not mindblowing but not bad either. I enjoyed it but I have to say the crowd was a little annoying, there was no respect for the people who were there from the start of the evening. It gave me just a little bad taste about the evening as a whole but I enjoyed it anyway. After the gig Paul came to the side of the stage for a chat and after that it was time to say goodbye.
After a short nights sleep we had to get our plane to Brussels via Madrid and get on the train back home.
I really enjoyed Porto. It is a great old town and I'm glad that I've been so nuts to go there. Tiago, thanks for the hospitality, you and your future wife were great (when was the date again?). The other guys (and girls) I met that weekend, I had a great time and hope to be seeing you again sometime (some I already have last weekend in Ahaus). Peggy, you were once again wonderful company.
I'll try and post pics of the gig later on ...

and here are the pics - unfortunately the camera didn't do what I wanted to during JMQ, it was also more crowded then, hence more movement.
Next time I'll take along my circuit press pass maybe they're dumb enough to grant me access - he he ...
anyway enjoy the pics |
