Covent Garden is a great idea as I think there are many places you can take the kids - because its outside - but there is cover if it rains and they do say that the weather will break soon. But it depends where you are staying. I'm trying to talk my hubby into coming to see Sola - do you know if kids can come to that one?

 Hello again,
 I am totally and utterly gutted by this news from Derrick, it's ashame, a real colossal DAMN shame that things had to work out for unfairly for Nude Continuum .  I just know they would have wowed the fuck out of the Jamily and music fans whom haven't had the privilege to be exposed their music, but alas, what's done is done, but I'm sure Derrick and Jamiroquai won't let this set . But I do love the idea, being passed around among fans, that NC does an online set of some kind, please oh please include "Daedalus" in it if it comes to fruition.  In any case, extended love and support from the American Wing of the Online Jamily to Nude Continuum ! Cheers!

Hi guys, Leon here (Drummer for NC)
Just wanted to personally thank you all for your support!! We're currently all sitting back in my unit in Brisbane orchestrating our next move.
Wow, what an expensive f***up!!! haha ahh well, We have an interesting story at least!
At first we were all pretty gutted, we tried everything we could but they wouldn't budge! It was pretty cool being escorted everywhere by security at all the airports..we felt like rockstars!! haha.
Anyway, we had plenty of time on the flights to get over it and we're all happy and excited about reorganising our return trip. At the moment we are just waiting on confirmation about visas etc and if all good we should be back in UK by the weekend. Hopefully!!!!!
Anyway, we'll keep you all up-to-date with our progress.
Thanks again for being so good to us.

Hey Jamily and Nudists!
I firstly want to second what my brother Leon has said. We had our 13 hours of grieving from London to Singapore but now we are ready to move forward and get back on it!!!!
We may yet make it to the UK by the weekend, just need to find out if the visa situation is resolvable in the next 24 hours. If not, we will be flying straight to Switzerland to play at Hors Tribu as planned and then onto Netherlands and Germany for the Nightclubbing fesitval.
We need to confirm all of this of course but we will definitely, 100% beyond a shadow of a doubt be in Germany for the 16th of August!!!! 
I have to say a huuuuuge thankyou to everyone who has called me or sent us messages on facebook, email and here on Jamirotalk. To everyone who has left their thoughts and commiserations, and especially huge love and thanks to our good friends Meike, Miran, Sandra and Jan (MsP) who's support has really helped us survive the last few days and come out laughing about it and ready to move forward! We love you all to bits and would be nowhere without you.
Stay tuned for more news from the Nude front, but please do not despair, Nude Continuum hits Europe this summer - one way or another!!!

It's great you're feeling this way about what happened, I believe is the best way, when things go wrong, sometimes you just have to sit back, and let it go, those are experiences that some way or another, always come back in a positive form.
I'm on the other half of the world, but I feel for my friends in this forum who were excited about this whole thing, and Im very happy that there's great people in here that support music this way, not because they can, but because they want to, and that's something you can't find everywhere.

I'm totally with you about the kind of support and love we are receiving from the Jamily and beyond (the growing group becoming widely known as the Nudists). Lija and I have always been passionate listeners like this, and although we didn't catch on to Jamiroquai until after TWM was released, we would have loved to have been a part of their music as they were forming and growing as a group. I hope that we are offering this kind of feeling to our new Nudist friends Either way, we are eternally grateful for the good vibes and support.
Okay, well as to our plans, the way its all looking now is that we cannot come to the UK at all this time. This is tragic, but we know it is not a complete loss as we will definitely do a FULL U.K. tour later in the year, playing gigs from Scotland down to the far south and everywhere in between. Stay tuned as plans for this grow.
As for the European Nudie Run 2008, we will now (pending flight booking confirmation) fly straight into Switzerland and play all the gigs we had planned to date plus whatever else we can book from now until then, and of course Tobit.Nightclubbing!!!!
Stay tuned my friends, and my hugest apologies to everyone in the UK who we have let down. We can't tell you how much we were looking forward to meeting you all and partying with you and the rest. It is definitely the biggest disappointment of our lives to date, but it has happened for a reason - the universe has bigger and better things in store for us all to share together, and all we can do is be positive and move forward!

You know, the next gigs you are doing with Jamily in the front row will be even more enthusiastic now! Nobody can stop our nude party!!! This story will get an extra chapter in your memoires! And for the press this would be an interesting story indeed!
It's great to see you are coming out of this misery strengthended. This will surely bind you as a team together.. and with us fans anyway!

Hahaha... awesome.
We were joking that if we got into the UK in time we would invite the "nice" lady along (the one who sent us home) to our gigs, and when she comes we would point her out over the mic and let the Nudists take her down!!!!
hahaha...
Of course this is only a joke - we have no hard feelings. She may have been cold with us, but she was just doing her job. And its all done now - time to move forward!

Same from me - it is such shame not to see you this weekend. Sadly, my family come first for me we cannot afford to to to the concerts on the continent.

I love your take on this mate, and thank you for absorbing our lyrics and hearing exactly where we are coming from on that tune. You're on the money with that interpretation.
All I can say is I wish we were a threat to the government! Would make us feel oh so important! haha... but all jokes aside we really feel strongly about power being give back to the people and the illusion of the "democratic society" being replaced with something more truly fair and equal. We're not communists, but there has to be some kind of happy medium between oligarchical democracy and socialism.
End of the day, its all about the individual retaining an impenetrable power over goverment and other oppressive forces by keeping the faith and remaining positive and joyful, and that is what we intend to do in spite of this nasty turn of events.
Respect to you my brother. Glad you've enjoyed the album.
