What would YOU do?

(oh I didn't start a topic in ages!)
What I'm about to ask next came to me a few days ago, while I was reading or watching some news about an artist (I guess it was Kylie Minogue, but I really can't remember).
Imagine this situation. There's a news item in Jamiroquai.com or funkin.com in which Jay's laptop has been stolen. The band has unfinished songs from a forthcoming album. After a while, you come across the information that there's a blog, a link, a page, something, that contains the unfinished material.
What would you do? Is your temptation big enough to listen to them even though they're not supposed to be heard yet? Will you start some legal actions in order to find out where is that coming from?
I thought about it, and I would definetely not hear absolutely anything. And I would come here to find help from the Jamily to see if we could do something.
I thought it was interesting to read different perspectives, if anyone has something to say.
Besides, I'm tired of thinking new topics, there's hardly anything new to write about

even though, I've got big wish (not only me)  to hear new upcoming album stealing will turn me into bad mood  keep your materials safe

I would definitely report it so that the new material was kept safe.
Having said that, whether I could stop myself from having a little listen....................
......I just don't know...

I'd let Sola and Derrick know for sure, but I can't imagine not listening to it at all.  It also wouldn't stop me from buying anything the band puts out.
I wouldn't make it known though to anyone else, because that way it will get more out of hand. Especially posting it somewhere like here - where so many people check.
Even if the intention would be for everyone to rally around and do something to stop it, it would make it worse by putting it out there for more people to hear.
What would be the use of sharing the info to anyone besides those that are in direct power to do something legally to stop the user? That is creating too much chaos.

I would do the bad thing to.
Don't think i would be able not to give it a listen!
Not that i would throw it online for grabs, but also sure i would share with some ppl.
But indeed, yes, i know some ppl have direct acces to the guys and i would ask them for help returning the hardware.
But Dyego, i wanna take it further.
It is not like it wil say, this laptop is from Jay Kay!
So this means, you would have had to open the thing and you must have read some stuf already!
(to make it more easy...the thing has NO passwords)
Would you keep on reading??

Look into the mail to mail Jay to tell him

I would first download and hear ( must check if is real JMQ stuff eh) and once I'm sure is not some sort of fake I'll immediatly call Derrick ( and yes I would admit I've heard it).
I too can resist anything exept temptations like someone said

i like to investigate, as a car-fan and movies-fanatic im.
