Official Statement from Jamiroquai Management!!!
buffaloman_R Hello everyone, :bm_r:

FINALLY...after much waiting and fan speculation, a official statement about Nick and the future of Jamiroquai was released by their management. Here's the statement, which I read at the ever-resourceful Funkin Site:

""Nick Fyffe, bass player with Jamiroquai from 1998 - 2003 has left the band to concentrate on his own projects. Jamiroquai, who are currently working on their 6th studio album, due for release Autumn 2004, will announce the name of their new bassist shortly".

Well, good to see them get off their lazy sods and say something to dispell anymore darn rumours. Good also to have some idea when we can expect the opus 6th Jamiroquai album...I'm hoping for a opus, the date sounds about right. Now the Official wait for the album begins! Thanks for listening and Peace!

Sincerely,
JamiroFan2000

Well, why not to say WHO is the bloody bass player?? You know, maybe it is not Alex Meadows, and he´s just a temporally player.
And what´s the deal between funkin.com and jamiroquai? Why didn´t they put the new in the official site? I mean, I´m sure the guy of Funkin has a very important contact with Jamiroquai (so Meike has Razz ) but ya know, it´s not 100% official. And if he really has a contact with the band, he should ask Him to ask JK to use his site to say hi to his fans.
